Neither ALP or Hildon is incompatible, but none of the SDKs used for building either supports KDE, so I figured, why build it ? Both of these are also built on top of GTK, so they require only minor tweaks. The main difference is both have better support for small (320x200) screens, and the menu handling is oriented towards a tiny screen. ALP is the successor to Palm OS, Hildon is used by Nokia for their internet tablets (770/800/810), some phones, Ubuntu Mobile, and Intel's MobLin. > Why not a nogo ? Cause it's all very experimental so far, although both ports work. I figure nobody but me would build them anyway for the time being. I'll be cleaning up both ports over the next week. I just got tired of having the patches around for a month on my laptop. - rob - _______________________________________________ Gnash-commit mailing list Gnash-commit@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnash-commit
