I tried with
GNASH_LIBS = \
$(top_builddir)/server/libgnashserver.la \
$(top_builddir)/libamf/libgnashamf.la \
$(top_builddir)/libbase/libgnashbase.la \
$(top_builddir)/libmedia/libgnashmedia.la
but still have the same problem (after make clean & autogen).

This is standard Debian 4 / Etch.
