It seems we got this info:

gentoo:
        net-libs/gecko-sdk

debian:
        mozilla-dev
        libnspr-dev

Maybe we can use the external packages if existing, or the internal
copy if they dont. Or provide a --with-mozilla-sdk=internal switch
to configure.
