I fixed this last night, and it's checked in. plugin/Makefile has an
explicit linking in of log.cpp, which I removed. The plugin now only
uses cout (Firefox disables output anyway) so there are zero
dependencies on other Gnash libraries for the plugin library itself.

Adding a dependency always adds issues, but we needed to make Gnash
thread-safe too.
