The download size is 25 MBytes, and comes with all windows compiled
versions of ffmpeg, MEncoder, mplayer, x264, mppenc, ffmpeg2theora
and the libavcodec library (compiled inside ffmpeg and MEncoder).
At least some of the stuff is LGPL and some (FAAD2, liba52, libdvdcss
plus some others from mplayer) is even GPL.
