Don't know -- but the spec itself does include a *license* -- you
can't just read it, you have to agree to some contract before you can
see it. In other words, it's total crap. Their press release says:
"To benefit customers who want to protect their content, the open
RTMP specification will not include Adobe's unique secure RTMP
measures, nor will the license that accompanies the specification
allow developers to circumvent such measures."
