You can ignore handler.* for now, as it works differently in the rtmp
branch. In trunk, most of libnet isn't used currently, but will be after
I migrate the rtmp branch to trunk. Timing on that is up in the air at
this point...
All the stats functions also only work in the branch, as Cygnal uses
them for performance timing.
