The "is tested enough" being the key point. We should do some more
testing now that this is in trunk/master, and merge it in if it's
stable. I'd hate to throw something like this in at the last minute and
have it cause a problem. At the same time this, and the media handler
config file change is also worth adding, that should be less problematic.
