review and regeneration of the POT, I will upload the new template to
Pootle.

As this was the first round of upstreaming of these POTs from our Pootle
instance it was almost inevitable that there would be some optimization of
the preferred process.  I'm happy to take your guidance on what works best
for the Gnash team as one of the major points of Sugar Labs hosting the PO
files is to show our appreciation to the upstream.  The other is of course
the enlightened self-interest of helping your tools reach our users in their
native language.
