Are you logged on when you are having these problems? Typically if you are not logged on as a registered user, you can only make suggestions, not submissions. The permissions are set so that logged on users are able to make submissions. The Poolte server can be slow sometimes, but we have not had any reports of problems that I know of. If you would prefer to work with an off-line PO editing tool, I can recommend Virtaal as having a nice set of features. http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/virtaal/index I would be happy to upload your work to the Pootle server on your behalf, but I would also like to understand if there is a problem that needs resolution.
