If in GstUtil::plugin_installer_return (the asynchronous callback) we had an idea of what needs to happen next based on the GstInstallPluginsReturn value, we might be able to either make it happen (preferrable, as then it Just Works!tm;>) or at least give feedback to the user in a more interactive way than just the log file. Something like a little dialog to notify them, possibly.
