Gnash supports many SWF v7 features, but not all of them. There is a
reasonably complete list in great detail in the manual. Most all V4
movies should play just fine, and many v5 & v6 ones work too. The types
of things that aren't currently implemented are things like Camera,
MicroPhone, Video, etc...
There are plans to add SWF v8 and greater support, but not immediately.
