Unofficial Gnash 0.8.1 build for Win32

I've _finally_ gotten Gnash 0.8.1 to build on Win32, and I've made the
binaries available for download:

Everyone who's interested in Gnash on Win32, please go ahead and grab a
copy and play with it and let me know if it works for you. I've tested
it very briefly (some random sampling of testsuite SWFs, and YouTube
video playback).
Note: Sound appears to be working--however jittery--in this latest
build!
