Yep, seen this one.  Safe to ignore unless you need LVM.

Seen this one sometimes.  It usually goes away by repeating the same
command.  Also try copiing the linux image to a shorter path
(e.g. /vmlinux).

PMON2000 seems a bit too buggy :-/
