and the pmon devls command gives:

wd0 DISK

When I installed gNewSense on Lemote yeeloong I choose for simplicity
reasons to use the whole drive, so I think it formatted it all, to
create only one partition only for gNewSense.
Maybe it's a bug in your PMON version. Try upgrading it:
