It seems you have grub on /dev/sda and MBR on /dev/sdb... and I see /dev/sdb1 file system is vfat... If it (/dev/sdb1) is a usb stick (maybe one you have used to install the system) then you need it to start your system... If my suppositions are correct, to start your system you can (a) keep the usb stick always plugged in or (b) reinstall the MBR on /dev/sda (during the setup, the installer should ask you where to put the MBR)...
