Still happening - I went to revert some pages and new spam was appearing as I removed old stuff. I'd suggest at this moment the captchas are no longer an effectively deterrent. Sam - is the moinmoin instance being kept up to date? I can't remember if its a custom setup or the packaged version on the system. IIRC it never did - it was only ever half implemented and never really lived up to its potential.
