Would you like to set up a mirror? You can choose to provide a mirror
for our installer images, our package repository or both. You can use
rsync to grab the files [1]. You will have to set up a web server
that serves something of the form
http://example.org/gnewsense/gnewsense-three/ for the repo. Note that
mirroring can be a strain on your hardware and bandwidth.

Alternatively, you can serve our installer images via Bittorrent. E.g.
install transmission-daemon, copy the iso file (if you have it)
to /var/lib/transmission-daemon/downloads, point your browser to
http://localhost:9091 (iirc username and password are both
"transmission"), verify the iso and let it seed. You may want to adjust
some settings (e.g. up- and download limit)
in /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json.
