You can choose to provide a mirror for our installer images, our package repository or both. You can use rsync to grab the files [1]. You will have to set up a web server that serves something of the form http://example.org/gnewsense/gnewsense-three/ for the repo. Note that mirroring can be a strain on your hardware and bandwidth. Alternatively, you can serve our installer images via Bittorrent. E.g. install transmission-daemon, copy the iso file (if you have it) to /var/lib/transmission-daemon/downloads, point your browser to http://localhost:9091 (iirc username and password are both "transmission"), verify the iso and let it seed. You may want to adjust some settings (e.g. up- and download limit) in /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json.
