The e100 module has been removed from gNewSense because it is not
Free. When gNewSense 1.0 was released, it had a "bug" which prevented
the ee100pro driver from loading, see
http://bugs.gnewsense.org/Bugs/00036.

The problem has since been resolved.

If you want your machine to automatically load the ee100pro driver, go
to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist and remove the line which blacklists the
ee100pro driver.

Hope this helps.
