That looks like an rt2x00 from http://linux-wless.passys.nl/query_part.php?brandname=Linksys - I'd try "sudo modprobe rt2x00" from a terminal as a first step. Watch the terminal and the console for errors, then try looking them up in man, info, www or whatever else you can think of. The driver developers' web site is linked from the above address. I didn't find anything that suggests a firmware-related problem with that device, so I assume there's some fault stoppping it working. Let us know how you fix it.
