Thanks for all the points you made. I just want to make it clear that I don't want people to go easy on me as a newcomer :) I want as many comments and opinions from free software people as possible, tear my thoughts apart if you want to. I want my research to be affected by the community itself and not by popular views of academics who write fancy articles about FOSS development, making up fancy words and do all their work on proprietary software (I especially like the ones that publish their pdfs with WORD in the document's title - something that some PDF creator for Microsoft Word does automatically). This weekend, I'm going all the way with gNewSense and stop this lurking business. /Tryggvi -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFsK9XTfUwC3N5Fj0RAtiOAJ4i9piFVfyomm1k4iwYyjqKqB5yxwCdEac0 DaamMT2z2yK4NqtYW05adCw= =a39X -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ gNewSense-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnewsense-users
