I'm sure that if our requests are reasonable, the FSF/GNU Project would be willing to allow us some more resources if need be. If not, there are those, myself included, willing to host pictures and/or donate funds to ensure that the pictures can be hosted. I think what's more of an issue would be controlling what is "quality" in terms of uploads a few bad pictures or off-topic things could quickly negate any positives having images holds.
