Hi all, As I wanted to create a french gNewSense mailing list named "gNewSense-users-fr" to help establishing a french gNewSense community, I went to "http://gnu.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/create";, but after having filled all the needed information, i encountered the error: "Error: You are not authorized to create new mailing lists".
