We had a discussion on this a while back (the name of the next gNewSense version). The explanation (after playing around with a lot of greek letters) was that delta was meant to mean what it does mathematically: a slight difference. So deltad was a slight difference to the d version of Ubuntu (Dapper), i.e. the freedom from proprietary packages and binary blobs. deltah is the slight difference to the h version of Ubuntu (Hardy). /Tryggvi -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFIFhHbTfUwC3N5Fj0RAtcGAKCnlVYVYOjff2+/wX/xd8zeku9gXACfduXN f7ORfQt2ri6NujoywPrXIv0= =2sQh -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ gNewSense-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnewsense-users
