I have two sound cards (in two different computers): - Intel Corporation 82801G (ICH7 Family) High Definition Audio Controller (rev 01) - VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8233/A/8235/8237 AC97 Audio Controller (rev 50) They both worked with gNewSense deltad and deltah before the removal of linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24 .
