I can't advise one, but avoid a card with a broadcom chipset, they need a non-free firmware and some of them (for example the chipset BCM4312) don't work with a free driver (for example b43). I have got a BCM4312 chipset and it doesn't work with a free driver and a free firmware. I'll buy an usb stick for wifi (in #gnewsense at freenode they said, that the Netgear wg111v2 works)
