Looking at it entirely from a freedom perspective, the machine uses a non-free BIOS from Phoenix. There are motherboards out there that support a free BIOS while still meeting your power requirements. For the various reasons outlined at [1] it is better to buy machines with motherboards that support a free BIOS so that you're able to use free software from top to bottom.
