There are not many GNU/Linux users who are quite strict about making their machines run an 100% free software. So volume of posts is quite low in this and other relevant mailing lists. > .. I do not know what is A+ course and have never seen the disk utility. I have not used any desktop from several years now. I simply use a Window Manager (StumpWM), a file manager (midnight-commander) and X-terminal (xfce4-terminal). So I con not help you with GUI solutions. You can check the swap partition using two commnds: "free -h" and "swapon s" Try searching on google several times before you post and wait for the answers. It will save you a lot of time and frustration. There is frustrationin in searching and looking for an answer to your questions on Google and you will only postpone the frustration by posting and waiting for answers. Frustration will be there both ways hence one better solve problems faster :) Thanks -- arnuld http://uttre.wordpress.com/ http://lispmachine.wordpress.com/2010/12/08/extract-of-programming/ _______________________________________________ gNewSense-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnewsense-users
