So, buy Kylix. I have. Hell: you can even download a free, usable-but-not-quite-full-featured version from Borland. Basically, it's Turbo Pascal, but with a GUI thrown in to help with the dreary stuff. Cool. Though, I have to admit, somewhat hard to get into -- the included docs suck.
