  That is just my point.  I find that ugly and undesirable.  I don't what
images, or the space between images and text, underlined, even if it is part
of the same anchor.  I want it to be undecorated whitespace.  Since beauty
(or ugliness) is in the eye of the beholder, I don't necessary expect you to
have my preferences.
