FWIW, that loads without crashing with Firefox 1.5.0.0 on WinXP (I'm

looks like an animated GIF that got "unwound" somehow.
I was puzzled by this at first too. Turns out that each triangle is at
a different angle. The appropriate one is displayed on the compass to
indicate the wind direction.
