There's a company in Mass, run by Jonathan Nadeau, a blind computer user, who builds computers with your choice of Linux distro installed. He builds computers for low vision and blind computer users also. He is big into accessibility on the computer.
His web site is www.frostbitesystems.com. and he also runs http://www.accessiblecomputingfoundation.org/ . He set up the Northeast Gnu/Linux Fest this year and last year at Worcester State University. Part of what you pay to buy a computer from him goes back to the distro that you select to have installed on your computer. Check him out.
