No such thing as private email. All email is sniffed, logged, etc. Remember my talk when I mentioned that all Skype traffic was going through only a few static servers? Yeah. One of the leaked NSA slides notes the exact date that Skype joined their "just get the data directly from the servers" program, along with all of the other big players. HTTPS only "protects" from traffic sniffing, it's all in the clear at the server, whoever owns it. So, when do folks want to discuss GnuPG / PGP? :^) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) iFcDBQFRubFktk9X6NaR4akRCGzrAQC6aDohHLMkSKdEHC6z/6U3V7rt5ygk5Jqe jQZcAfD+fwEA08H32MWa0BLSaJI/F5vLQcIXdK7OTk0jybr4osEdb5g= =9h4Y -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ gnhlug-discuss mailing list gnhlug-discuss@mail.gnhlug.org http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-discuss/
