The one they're holding in the video, the Web Power Switch Pro <https://dlidirect.com/collections/frontpage/products/new-pro-switch>, looks like the one I had in a lab with WiFi added. Price is similar. I'd get one again if I needed it.
I have some of those android app wifi ones from tp-link at home. The app is Kasa and someone had a linux script to control it. It's not secure.
