Well, the current sentiment appears to be just post it to the general
list (until it gets out of hand).
So I'm inclined to have a web page that just points to blu's link - if
they don't mind.
Otherwise, I'm thinking that what could be really useful (especially
for small orgs like ours), is some sort of way (via mail and web) to
vote on issues.
What do others think?
