I heard back from Digi.com and they should let us know by today or early tomorrow about the 29th. They will be happy to present to us if they can line up everything in time. Mark is checking and said he would let me know asap. I am quoting a paragraph from an email that Ed Lawson sent me this morning. Any of you Chapter Chairs and committee members who think that you might like to have a presentation done on this subject let Ed/and or me know. We will try to arrange it. "New person in our firm is establishing a practice as aw IP/Patent lawer and has done some work in the software area and with the Digital Millinium Act or whawtever it is called.
