Hi Jerry, WOW!!! I think we should tell Lotus yes. We can find some way to arrange the schedule to let them do the presentation. There was no other company that is interested in sponsoring the reception. The e-coast technology roundtable of the Chamber of Commerce has volunteered to lend its name to the event, publicize it to their membership and give us their discount arrangement with Redhook. The e-coast membership has some of the biggest tech companies in the Seacoast, Bottomline Technologies, Bow Street Software, The Taylor Group, Agilent Technologies, Liberty Mutual, Newmarket International, Pixelmedia, e-Velocity. Redhook romances this group for obvious reasons. Last night I spoke with the Event Chair from the e-coast, he is going to talk to Redhook but he felt, based on past events there that we can do 2 drink tickets and a nice horsd'ouvrs spread for 300-400 people for $1000-1500. If Lotus wants to underwrite that all I can say is "Praise the Lord". I'll call Arlon from the event committee and get him to firm up some numbers with Redhook.
