They are apparently figuring out how to market aggressively...

There are two articles in LWN Daily (http://lwn.net/daily/)
that relate to this. One states that Red Hat's advertising agency
has dropped Red Hat as an account saying that Red Hat doesn't have
its marketing act together, and the other points to a joint deal
between TurboLinux and Oracle:
