Hello Everyone

It seems that Monday is a good day for the majority. I will try to get
there, but I get my wife from the hospital today so I can make no guarantees
on how she will feel on Monday.

Last minutes thoughts:

DEMO: I think the demo model looks great and as long as we have it fine
tuned (like replacing PoshPenguin with TuxBiz on the web page and a few
other tweaks) we will have no problem. On Friday we can just "clone" our
efforts to include the additional computers and we should be ready to ROCK!

FOOD: I know someone was talking about bringing bagels or something. My wife
works for Cocheco Valley Humane Society and whenever they have functions,
business like bakeries, supermarkets, and such love to donate trays of
finger food. I don't know if they do it for publicity or community service
or both. Has anyone approached the local market for this type of support??

NHCTC: We have almost every room there reserved(I did not reserve the heads
or broom closets;-) We can arrange away!!!! We also have LOTSA wall space
for flyers, posters, and so on. The school is bringing a janitor all day
Saturday to help with anything we need. The only thing is we put it all back
and the end of the day on Saturday.

ASSIGNMENTS: Do we have a list of who is doing what??? I'm talking about the
people like Ben, Jeff, and Robert are key group for the demo, but who is
going to cover the doors, gnhlug booth, make sure the events start on time
and so on and so on?

SHIRTS: Are our gnhlug shirts ready for Saturday??

FRIDAY: I'm planning on taking Friday off and being at the school when the
doors open at 0800. I would much rather set up early and get out at a
reasonable time than start late and not go home until Saturday night. I
understand that not everyone can be there early so just come when you can.
However, I can start setting up rooms. Just tell me how you want them.

FLYERS: I hope the flyers that we a putting out do the trick. I think that
they look good. Lets just hope so does everyone else!

So, I will be at the College on Monday as soon as I can get there which
should be 7 pm. My main goal is room and vendor placement, any talk
concerning being able to broadcast the speakers to second room, signage,

etc.
