Crud. I just found this message sitting in my "postponed" folder; I thought
I had sent it already. Well, better late then never, I guess...
Someone mentioned doing a "simulcast" of the main presentations to the next
room over, in case we overflow.
I made the mistake of mentioning the company next to NHCTC as a possible
candidate for help. I checked last night, and their name is "Video Network
Communications, Inc." (AKA "VNCI"). I have no idea what the contact
information might be. Heck, I don't even know what they *do*. At this late
date, I think trying to get their help for anything is pretty much not worth
it.
A video camera, a VCR, and a good-sized TV should be all we need to setup
closed-circuit simulcast to the next room over. Maybe a PA/stereo for louder
sound. I can provide the stereo if need be. Anyone got the rest?
