I just got final say on the hours we can setup on Friday for the LBS
The College closes at 4 pm on the dot, so we have to get done the major
stuff by then. Anyone not able to make it by 4 pm will have to try to get
to the College at 8 am to help us with any last minute items.
We are making dinner reservations at the Olive Garden for Fri night after
we setup. We can make it for 5 or 5:30 so those of you who are coming to
help setup and then drive home can eat with us and then get back home at a
reasonable hour.
So, please if you want to eat with us, let me know so I can make the
reservations early Firday.
Here is what I still need from the group in way of items we don't have.
2 easels for signs
power strips for the vendors rooms ( 6 at least )
We will be marking all equiment you bring with masking tape so we know what
belongs to whom.
Oh yes, I almost forgot. The printer couldn't do the golf shirts. Long
story. So, we are doing them oursleves. I picked the shirts up late
yesterday and we wil doing iron on trnsfers Fri at the College. The good
news is the shirts are now $8.00 instead of $12.
So I need one or two more irons. We can get this done in about 45 minutes
to an hour with 4 or 5 people doing it.
