  I would agree, for several reasons:

  - People come to Hosstraders looking for bargains.  "Free CDs" will likely
    lead to people taking ten or twenty of them, just because they can.  :)
  - People come to Hosstraders looking to spend money (or barter).  Let's not
    disappoint them.
  - Freebies could likely be put to better use elsewhere.
  - We want to recover the costs of the LBS, and ...
  - ... if someone offered you a choice of otherwise identical Red Hat CDs,
    one for free, and one for three bucks, which would you choose?

  Hmmmm.  "Good bookkeeping" may be a bit difficult.  We're all engineers, I

  *Oh*!  That puts things in a different light.

  Well, let's go ahead and have the CDs ready.  If we get the okay (I'd be
willing to pick up some of the cost for an "sellers" pass, if need be), we can
sell 'em.  If not, they sit in the car.
