I think this fellow has a good point (or rather, the people who approached him did). We (GNHLUG) should probably look at how we cast GNHLUG activities - as a helpful group of people interested in the promotion of Linux. (Is this true?) Maybe we should present InstallFests as being for those who want assistance installing Linux (vs: for those who need help), and our meetings as being for those who want to socialize and talk about common interests - that happen to involve Linux.
