   Yes, it's PostNuke (attributions are in various places, the FAQ, Stats, etc.).  
When looking at it, please ignore PostNuke.com's butt-ugly themes.:-)


    One site worth looking at in your evaluation is 
<http://www.testnuke.com>.  TestNuke is a PostNuke site set up just to 
test/display the various modules, themes, and side-blocks that are developed.
