But this is not what is described on the page about WebChapters.  What is
described is LUGS and what they do, types of meetings they have, etc.,
not the structure of the organization or superorganization.

It seems to me that "SteeringCommittee" should be a function of the
larger "GnhLUG", which is actually listed at the top of the page.

This way you get out of having "CentraLUG" get confused
with "CentralCommittee".
