Well, you used the "market" word, something I know nothing about, so I'll speak authoratively...
We have to decide who the audience should be: us geeks, suits, mom and pop operations, teeny-floppers, academics, ... And word our announcements accordingly. A successful presentation will be one where Ximian can come away feeling successful - since they are touting an Outlook-killer, then I suggest we target the suits, academics, and possibly mom-and-pop (since they usually have to deal with outlook-based organizations, or work in Outlook-based organizations). This is *not* our traditional crowd, so are we going to be comfortable doing this?
