Actually, I see two issues:

1. TWiki should allow one to be notified if a single topic/page changes - not 
just the whole "web". (The current release doesn't have this feature, but I
believe there are some "non-deployed" patches that do this. And I'm sure I can 
take advantage of the open source and "fix" it. Just so it will be wiped out in
the next release. Sigh.)

2. I like to know who registers and who doesn't - mostly to see who's interested
and who isn't. And to catch any potential miscredents.

Another issue is that the notifications should only be going out once a day, and
that doesn't appear to be the case, so I'll look into that. (This is done by a
cron job, so its not something one can control via the TWiki.)
