So call them up and tell them you want to use it every third Friday
from 10pm to midnight instead. Wait for them to reschedule the
'pre-school' group to that time slot, and have someone else call back
later saying they understand that the 2nd Tues 7-9 slot "just freed
up" since they moved to Fridays :)
Or, you could just show up there on one of these newly scheduled
nights and find out what's really going on.
