I ran into the owner of Concord's cyber cafe (called the "Escape Key") over the weekend. He may be interested in hosting some of our meetings.
He uses Linux on the servers, and WinXP on the workstations. The facility is somewhat small (which seems appropriate for most CentraLUG meetings). And there's not a table or anything similar around which to have a meeting. But the connectivity is great and he's interested in Linux. I just want to get feedback before pursing this potential meeting place any further. If none of the -org group has additional feed back, or questions, ... then I'll try to set up a meeting there. RobL: You'll be "on the hook" for the first few meeting topics/presentations. --Bruce PS: The Pierce law center declined our meetings due to the lack of legal content. _______________________________________________ Gnhlug-org mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-org
