I recently discovered that the "change notification" messages weren't going out every time the TWiki pages were changed.
After some poking around, I discovered that I forgot to update the crontab "scripts" after upgrading to a more recent version of the package. So I fixed it, so you should start seeing the notification messages. Note that since the -org list gets notified of each page change, we may want to just update the Wiki instead of sending mail about projects and other things that should be documented in a Wiki. --Bruce
